Our aim is
to dispatch your goods to you on the same day that we receive
your order.
We do not take
any money from your card until the goods are ready for dispatch.
We always keep
large quantities of stock - however, if an item of stock on your
order is not available you will be informed by e-mail and given
three options:
1. to place
the item on "back order"
2. to change
your order accordingly
3. an alternative
item will be suggested
Please remember
postage is FREE to all UK or European destinations as
well as most destinations throughout the world.

Dolls House
Bargains abides by all relevant Consumer laws and directives
and in some cases exceeds their requirements.
You may cancel
your order, for any reason, within 10 working days of recieving
the goods. To cancel your order and obtain a full refund, simply
return the goods to:

Goods should
be returned in their original packaging, where possible, and
always in a condition fit for re-sale.
In addition
- if, following your Internet order , you are not completly satisfied
with any item from Dolls' House Bargains, you may return it for
a full refund to the above address within 30 days of the date
of receipt.
Goods should
be returned at the customer's expense, in their original packaging,
where possible, and in a condition fit for re-sale. Where costs
are incurred by Dolls House Bargains in the collection of the
goods, this amount will be deducted from any refund due. It is
our policy to refund monies within 3 working days of receipt
of the returned goods, however this will, in any case, be no
later than 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds can
only be given on items received by us. We therefore suggest a
form of recorded postage is used when returning items to Dolls'
House Bargains.
Please note
that these rules do not apply in cases where customers have ordered
goods either to their own specifications or where the goods have
been personalised in any way.

Goods on this
site can be ordered for delivery to mainland GB addresses only.
A charge for packing and postage is added to all orders when
you check out. The charges are:
£2.95
for all orders, except those which include a house - when the
charge will be £9.95.
If you do require
delivery outside mainland GB please contact us and we will be
happy to quote you a price. However, please note that due to
the bulky nature of some of these items, overseas postage costs
are high.
Parcels are
normally sent on a 48 hour Parcelforce service, however, for
more urgent orders we will be happy to quote for express delivery
services.
